1. Challenge & Strategic Alignment

The project’s goal was to execute a comprehensive brand and digital launch for Sonhaus, a new venture specialising in the part-ownership of luxury holiday homes. The core challenge was to build a powerful and trustworthy presence from the ground up, ensuring that complex financial models and the exclusivity of the service were communicated through a seamless, aspirational digital experience.

 

Goals

 

Business Goals: Establish a sophisticated market entry that instills confidence in high-net-worth individuals and clearly conveys the value proposition of fully serviced, exclusive second homes.

 

Strategic Kickoff: As the Lead Designer, I spearheaded the creative and strategic direction for the new company. I focused on defining a unique visual language that balanced high-end aesthetics with the clarity required for intricate property ownership details.

 

 

2. Process, Team, and Design Phase

The project utilised a strategy-led approach to transform a new business concept into a premium, market-ready brand.

 

Roles and Responsibility

 

Lead Designer: I was responsible for the end-to-end design, including the foundational branding, UX strategy, Information Architecture, and high-fidelity UI execution.

 

Team Members: The core project team consisted of myself (End-to-End Lead), a UX Designer, a Project Manager and a Frontend Developer.

 

Strategic Partnership: I worked alongside a branding expert to translate Sonhaus’ unique value proposition into a powerful visual language, ensuring the brand resonated with a high-net-worth audience.

 

Technical Collaboration: I collaborated closely with the development team to ensure the high-quality visuals and seamless property presentations were optimised for a premium, high-performance web experience.

Information Architecture: I designed a logical site structure to ensure that complex details regarding financial models and ownership services were easily accessible and intuitive for the target audience.
